This accomplishment coincides with the top positions in its field reached in the latest editions of Merco Talent and Merco Reputation.<\/p>\n<p>The company also ranks among the top 45 Peruvian companies comprised in the general ranking. This year, the company climbed 35 positions, from position 80 to 45, since the last survey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;For us Shared Value means connecting the economic efficiency of our investments with the progress of our people and our communities, that is, it implies generating economic development while achieving social progress,&#8221; says Rosario Baz\u00e1n, Danper\u2019s CEO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danper agro-industrial company has grown steadily building on the foundational principles of quality, innovation, diversification and sustainability. Its good practices are validated by global certifications that set it apart in its sector, such as respect for human and labor rights (such as SA 8000), gender equity (EDGE), occupational health and safety (OHSAS 18001), environmental stewardship (ISO 14001) , sustainable use of water (Alliance for Water Stewardship), fair trade (Fair Trade Certified), among others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThese critical times worldwide have put our management model to the test, requiring us to nimbly respond to a challenging context.
